It was a lovely day, particularly when the sun was out, so I headed off down to the beach in Chilches Costa to see what was going on.
Tranquil, just cyclists, joggers and dog walkers heading up and down the path at the back of the beach. The nearest chiringuito is closed at the moment, but several more nearby.
No shower or footbath facilities at the moment, drought restrictions being in force in many places along the coast. Some municipalities have had to cut supplies overnight, while others have engaged in such schemes as reducing water pressure.
