‘Golden Hour’, as it is known, is a wonderful time of day for photos, with some really beautiful colours as the sun rises. Although it is called the ‘Golden Hour’ (and the same applies to the ‘Blue Hour’), it (or they) are rarely exactly an hour. Could even be a mere 15 minutes. Anyway, great time of day if the conditions are right.
