Good Stuff Café on the corner of avenida Castilla Perez and calle San Miguel, Nerja, has been operating since 2013 and has become very popular. The interior is a reasonable size and there is a small terrace.

Pastries, breads, sweets and meals are all homemade and is, IMHO, home to the best carrot cake in town. On my latest visit I decided to try their banana and walnut cake.

Seeing the cake arrive with butter I assumed the texture would be like a tea brack or fruit cake, but I could not have been more wrong. It was moist, soft and spongey…and exceedingly delicious.

Welcoming and friendly staff, good service, reasonable prices and a loyalty/reward card system is in operation.
