Following a blessing by the parish priest, Antonio Jesús Carrasco, and with the smell of incense filling the air, the younger members of the communities of Nerja and Maro paraded their Easter thrones through the town. All part of the build-up to the Easter/Holy Week/Semana Santa religious celebrations.
